I am on a mission to help women ditch the rigidity of dieting and nourish themselves with simple and good food, joyful movement and satisfying care. 

I believe that letting go of rigid food and movement rules, and leaning in to exploration of food, movement and joy to nourish your whole being is the body and soul health we all need. 

My own personal journey transitioning from being a competitive athlete riddled with injuries, to a coach in the fitness space heavily engaged in dieting and restrictive eating behaviors and later suffering from burnout, led me to a complete but necessary shift in mindset and approach to how I pursue wellness.

Doing so allowed me to reclaim my energy, my joy and health in body and mind.
